The June 2024 bestseller lists are now available free to everyone. Points of interest in June:
- Self-published ebook bestsellers: Small-town romance and grumpy/sunshine romance are prevalent this month, with eight titles explicitly referring to one or both tropes in the subtitle. Example: Score on You: A Grumpy x Sunshine Small Town Standalone by Harloe Rae. Also more prevalent in June due to Father’s Day: dad-focused romances.
- Self-published print book bestsellers: Guided journals dominate again, this time due to Father’s Day; we removed several guided journals from the list because they were the same title (Dad, I Want to Hear Your Story), only with a different cover color. A new release appears in the seventh spot: The Book of Enoch by Timothy Alberino, a collaboration with the Blurry Creatures podcast, a Christian paranormal show.
- Hidden Gems (traditional + self-pub books, print sales only): Relatively new publisher Zando hits the list with two new releases this month: the second installment of the Ruinous Love Trilogy by Brynne Weaver and Democracy or Else: How to Save America in 10 Easy Steps by Jon Favreau. Freida McFadden’s latest novel, The Housemaid Is Watching (Sourcebooks) takes the top spot.
