When the CASE Act passed last year, it put in place a new “small claims court” system at the US Copyright Office to help creators pursue copyright infringement cases that don’t merit an expensive federal case. In our coverage in January, we mentioned that next steps would include soliciting public comment. The CCB has now taken steps toward that by establishing a website with FAQs and updates on progress.
