The Bolton book has been delayed for months now, awaiting clearance and approval from the government, but apparently Bolton is moving ahead without any approval: he has scheduled network interviews to promote the book. It’s possible the government will prosecute Bolton for failure to obtain approval, which would result in the loss of his advance and royalties if the government wins.
