A new organization run by and for disabled publishing professionals is set to launch on July 22 at 8 PM Eastern with a virtual town hall open to the public and all publishing industry professionals. The event, which coincides with Disability Pride Month, will introduce the organization’s founding members, who will be present to discuss the organization’s goals and mission and to respond to questions from the community. The founding members include Ismita Hussain (agent at Great Dog Literary), Sarah Fisk (agent at Tobias Literary Agency), and Erin Madison (marketing manager at Penguin).
