The Book Industry Study Group is holding seven online events between July 28 and September 11 in lieu of its usual in-person annual meeting in New York City. BISG executive director Brian O’Leary says, “The repositioned meeting provides a broad audience with access and insight at a time when conversations about workflow, metadata, and the supply chain have grown in importance.” Of particular interest: a closing keynote conversation with Barnes & Noble CEO James Daunt, set for Sept. 11.
