Adult fiction top sellers include new titles from John Grisham and from Lee and Andrew Child. Juvenile fiction bestsellers include new releases from Jeff Kinney and J.K. Rowling. The bestselling adult nonfiction title last week was Half Homemade, Fully Delicious by David Venable.
