Amazon KDP now allows authors to decide when their print book’s detail page becomes available to readers, with an option to release the book immediately or schedule a date anywhere from five to 90 days in the future. After the book is scheduled for release, you can order author copies before it’s published. Note that this is not the same as setting a pre-order for a print title, a service KDP does not offer.
