Draft2Digital, the popular ebook distributor in the US for independent authors, just announced a distribution deal with DPLA. The DPLA runs an ebook marketplace for libraries known as Palace, and Draft2Digital’s half million indie-published titles have now been integrated into Palace. DPLA’s librarians will prepare selections of recommended titles to help librarians quickly and easily identify titles appropriate for their collections. Titles will be available with a perpetual, one-at-a-time license; Draft2Digital authors will earn 60 percent of their ebook list price. Learn more.
